Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for ListAI, operated by Helen Doherty, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
1. During the free beta
ListAI is currently free to use. There are no charges and therefore nothing to refund. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time, for any reason, with no penalty.
2. Cancelling your account
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing info@silvercleanse.co.uk. Cancellation stops any future billing. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Future paid plans
If paid plans are introduced after the beta, the following will apply:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (e.g. monthly).
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law or stated otherwise.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and put genuine errors right.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including any applicable cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
